Instead of global quantise, you shape timing per drum sound, so kicks can sit back, hats can lean forward, and the groove actually moves.   • What it does

    36db Groove Machine sits in front of your Drum Rack (or any MIDI-driven drum instrument) and lets you offset the timing and swing of each drum hit individually.

    Push certain drums ahead of the beat, pull others behind the grid, and apply different swing amounts and swing types per pad. This lets you shape the drum groove at pad level, not pattern level — creating movement and pocket that standard DAW tools can’t achieve.

  • Works with everything

    The eight pads are mapped to standard MIDI notes, so this Element can control third-party drum plugins, hardware drum machines, or any MIDI-triggered instruments, instantly giving them per-pad timing control they were never designed to have.

Drum Kits & Sound Library

Developed with Samples From Mars, the included kits form a core part of the Groove Machine Element, covering modern and vintage styles with every sound carefully processed to sit naturally in a mix.

The full sample library gives you a deep pool of drum and percussion samples to expand far beyond the presets or build your own custom kits.

Vintage Drum Processor

A dedicated 36db drum channel strip combining compression, saturation, transient shaping, EQ and limiting.

Use it to add weight, colour or grit, or to glue your drum grooves together fast.
